Please Note – This is a hybrid role, which requires regular in-person work at a Google Operations Center office. Relocation is not supported during the apprenticeship. We are looking for candidates who are committed to successfully completing the entire program in a hybrid capacity.
Role & responsibilities for this opportunity –
- Develop talent acquisition specific project management skills across a variety of disciplines and skills needed for communication, change, and risk management.
- Learn a wide range of tools and techniques, including how to distill data for actionable takeaways and how to make data backed recommendations.
- Learn how to coordinate internal resources for execution of projects and share documentation/reports with project teams, and how to provide information and regular support to stakeholders.
- Develop teamwork and communication skills, build working relationships with peers, leaders, and colleagues.
- Develop an understanding of project scope (eg, timeframes, financials, outcomes, etc.), how to ensure thorough project documentation, and create/review reports.

About this opportunity –
About Project Management in Google – The Google Operations Center Project Management – Talent Acquisition Apprenticeship is a learning and development program for 12 monthss. Apprentices are expected to join in person at their assigned office and participate full-time (~40 hours, weekly) throughout the program. The program includes work experience with a GOC team supported by external training to empower those looking to start a career in Project Management – Talent Acquisition. You will spend 20% of your time studying in a tailored training program and the rest of the time on projects with assigned GOC teams to gain hands-on experience.
Selected applicants will be matched to a team and will need to co-locate, the team will be in Hyderabad. Relocation assistance is provided for those who move +80km to their matched office location. keep in mind, Apprenticeships are not a full-time permanent opportunity, the program is 12 months in duration. While the program is open to those who are interested in Project Management – Talent Acquisition careers, recent graduates and individuals with work experience in other industries may apply.
This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship and is only open to Indian citizens.
